A few weeks ago, I asked folks what they’d like me to Wander on about. Angie requested more of Jim’s bird pictures. I had to wait until Jim was further along in his recovery from his knee replacement surgery, but now he’s up to messing with photos, so here are a few.
Remember that I’m always open to questions as to topics for the WW. It’s always fun for me to write about something I know someone wants to read about. Now, here are a few more birds…

Thank you, Jane! (and Jim!) We dont have robins or quail. I’ve never even seen them when we camped in the local mountains. We do have doves and I love the song of the Mourning Dove. The darn crows are usually drowning out their sweet coo. The only thing louder than the crows is the flock of wild Parrots. I keep trying to get pictures of them but they’re so fast, or they’re camouflaged, sitting in a tree or flying into sunset. They did recently gift me with a feather, which I sent to a friend.🦜💕

A friend just sent me a new David Mech on wolves: Wolf Island. Non-fiction. Definitely on my TBR!

Very nice pictures. Please thank Jim for taking the pics and let him know once he completes the therapy, he’ll be much happier with his knee. Enjoy yourselves.

Hi Harry, I’ll tell you. He has the bonus of having done one knee already, so he’s devoted to doing it right the second time!
